President
Mike O'Sullivan is a partner in Seasons Development Group and the owner of Buckhead Renovations. He has 25 years of experience in construction, successfully completing over 300 projects. In the past 12 years, Mike has has applied his construction expertise to the development of resort vacation properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and Colorado. Mike has grown to love Colorado for its golfing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
Allison O'Sullivan
Chief Finacial Officer
Allison O'Sullivan is an experienced leader with a broad background in finance, risk management, and human resources. She has almost 30 years with the Coca-Cola Company and serves currently as the Director of Total Rewards Consulting. Allison also has experience managing vacation rental properties in Georgia, Florida, and Colorado. She enjoys both water and snow skiing with her family.
Nick Hoffman
Managing Director
Nick is the founder of Nicholas Hoffman & Company and has overall responsibility for the management of the firm. For over 26 years he has specialized in providing strategic financial advice to families and closely held businesses. In particular, his focus is on the integration of investment decisions with tax, retirement and inter-generational wealth transfer issues. Nick was raised in Cambridge, England, but he now lives with his family in Atlanta.
Dan O'Sullivan

Dan O'Sullivan has been a senior member of the Translations.com
executive team since the company's incorporation in 1999. Currently, he oversees the sales and business development activities for Translations.com in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dan lives in Zurich, Switzerland and enjoys learning new things, trying new foods, and traveling to new places.

Amy has been a real estate professional since 2002 and a licensed attorney since 1997. She specializes in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, real estate investments, fractional ownership, distressed properties including short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties. Amy currently works in the Summit County, Colorado market as a managing broker at Your Castle Summit Real Estate
Kerry Fuller Davis
Designer
Kerry has been practicing residential design for 25 years. She spent her first 15 years at a large residential design firm, working her way up from drafting designs to VP of Architectural Interiors. Her work has brought her experience with a variety of clients including individual homeowners, builders, real estate agents, and developers. In 2012 she set out on her own, founding KVH Design in Atlanta.
Todd Webber
Architect
Todd Webber is one of the premier architects in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. He has completed hundreds of projects ranging from large custom homes to commercial buildings. Todd has served on the Keystone Design Review Board for the past 15 years.
