Seasons Development Group is a team of investors, contractors, realtors, and design professionals assembled to develop resort vacation residential properties. Our partners first began developing in Summit County in 2007 with a large vacation rental property located near The New Seasons at Keystone. Since then, we have developed properties Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and the mountains of North Carolina. We are a dynamic, talented, and cohesive group that has a passion for creating custom properties that create idyllic places for families and other groups to gather and enjoy all of the amenities that resorts like Keystone have to offer. Our President, Michael O’Sullivan, is also the owner of Buckhead Renovations, which manages all of our construction activites. He is a hands on builder with 20 years of experience and can usually be found on site throughout the construction of our development projects.

SDG and its partners are always on the lookout for new properties, although we limit ourselves to one project at a time to fully focus on that opportunity.
